Construction at the five-building View at Tysons is expected to start sometime after May 2018, once a rezoning request has been approved. The planned $1.3 billion mixed-use project in Tysons Corner, Va., outside Washington, D.C., will have office, residential and retail space as well as a hotel and performance venue.
