The Las Vegas Strip could be getting a new arena and resort if basketball player Jackie Robinson and his company, All Net Arena, get their way. Robinson wants to build a $1.3 billion retractable-roofed arena and mixed-use resort that would include a promenade from the Strip, a hotel and spa, along with dining and retail space.
