2 Ohio Hilton hotels sold to MCR Development

MCR Development has bought a Hilton Garden Inn and a Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel in Ohio. The 100-room Hilton Garden Inn in Dublin, Ohio, was sold for $10.2 million. The sale price for Lane Avenue Enterprise, which owns the 109-room Homewood Suites in Upper Arlington, Ohio, was not disclosed. Read the American City Business Journals/Columbus, Ohio story here
