$3.3B mixed-use project planned near Disney in Fla.

Magic Development plans to start infrastructure work in July on an 87-acre mixed-use development called Magic Place near Walt Disney World in Florida. The $3.3 billion project will include a 25-story tower as well as retail and office space. Construction is expected to take place in several phases over 20 to 25 years.
