$400M Downtown East mixed-use development breaks ground in Minneapolis

A $400 million project that will develop five blocks in downtown Minneapolis near the under-construction Vikings Stadium broke ground. The project involves constructing more than 1 million square feet of space that will be home to offices, commercial endeavors, apartments, a parking garage and an urban park.
