$700M mixed-use development approved for Cleveland

The Lake Erie waterfront in Cleveland could be getting a new life now that a $700 million mixed-use project has been approved by the City Council. The three-phase project planned by Trammell Crow and Cumberland Development would involve construction of office and retail space, over 1,000 apartments and 800 parking spots.
