$767M mixed-use project in Honolulu could break ground by 2014

Robertson Properties Group hopes to build a $767 million mixed-use project in the Aiea district of Honolulu, and zoning approval could be granted by February. The project would consist of 1,500 residential units, office and retail space and possibly a 150-room hotel. The first phase could be finished in 2015.
