79-story, mixed-use tower to be built in Long Island City

Plans have been filed to construct a 79-story tower in New York’s Long Island City. The Court Square City View Tower will have retail space on the ground floor and 774 apartments. Construction is expected to start in 2017. Read The Real Deal story here
