After $1.025M sale, former Holiday Inn in Bay City, Mich., to be renovated

Another hotelier is going to make a go at the property that welcomes visitors into downtown Bay City. Following a sale on Auction.com, the former Holiday Inn and Three Palms Hotel property, 501 Saginaw St., sold for $1.025 million to Dante Bacall, a Michigan-based businessman who has holdings in a variety of real estate, including several hotels.
