After delays, Hotel Northland in Green Bay, Wis., could get new partners

It feels like we’ve been here before with the Hotel Northland. The City Council on June 20 gave Northland owner and general contractor Keith Harenda 60 days, until mid-August, to reach terms with new co-developers and financiers. The agreements would clear a path to resume construction, pay subcontractors and open the luxury hotel in 2018. Read the Green Bay Press-Gazette story here
