Ala. eyes new state park hotel with oil spill money

Alabama plans to use $135 million in settlement money from the 2010 BP oil spill to resurrect a Gulf Coast state park, including development of a 350-room hotel. Funds have been unavailable to rebuild a Gulf State Park lodge destroyed 10 years ago by Hurricane Ivan.
