WRS Inc. reportedly plans to purchase Underground Atlanta and convert it to a mixed-use property. The site is currently a multi-level underground shopping center. The redevelopment plan, which could cost between $150 million and $200 million, would include a grocery store and above-ground apartments. Construction could start in late 2015 or early 2016.
