Blue Ribbon Restaurants to add new concept, expand to Miami

New York City-based Blue Ribbon Restaurants will unveil its eighth restaurant concept with the opening of Blue Ribbon Federal Grill in Manhattan’s Financial District this fall. The company, founded by brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg, also has eateries in Las Vegas and Los Angeles and it will grow to 20 locations when it opens the seventh Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill in Miami this year.
