Universal Orlando Resort in Florida will expand the Cabana Bay Beach Resort with 400 new rooms, which will boost the hotel’s total room count to 2,200. The new units are expected to open in 2017, and some will feature views of the Volcano Bay water park, which is in development and also slated for a 2017 opening.
