A $100 million luxury high-rise hotel in Marriott International‘s Autograph Collection is part of a complex including three office buildings and a fitness center to be built in Menlo Park, Calif. Construction on the project, which will build out about 1 million square feet, began Wednesday and is a joint venture of Bohannon Development, AECOM Capital and Ensemble Real Estate Investments.
