Captain D’s franchisee signs on for 4 new Tenn., Ala. units

Bill Townsend, an existing Captain D’s franchisee, has recently committed to adding four additional locations in Alabama and Tennessee. The new agreement calls for the development of four new restaurants to open within the next five years.
