CBL & Associates are planning an additional expansion to the Volusia center in Daytona Beach, Fla., following its $5 million renovation. The REIT is considering adding a number of restaurants in front of the retail center, a project with a working title of “Volusia Mall Streetscape” that would require demolition of one of the center’s three Dillard’s stores.
