CenterCal Properties to build new shopping center in Concord, Calif.

Retail real estate development company CenterCal Properties plans to build a 375,000-square-foot shopping center for 50 tenants, including restaurants, supermarkets, retail shops and a movie theater, in Concord, Calif.
