Chesapeake Lodging Trust has purchased the Ace Hotel Downtown in Los Angeles from Greenfield Partners. The $103 million transaction includes The Theater at Ace Hotel, which is being used as a meeting and event space. Ace Hotel Group will continue to run the 182-room hotel.
