Cicero’s wraps meeting space renovation in Ill. Doubletree by Hilton

Ciceroʼs Development Corp. has completed a multi-million dollar renovation of more than 25,000-square feet of meeting space in the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Oak Brook, Ill. The renovation in the seven-story, 427-room hotel applied Cicero’s $ensible Green sustainability strategies to reduce operating costs and minimize environmental impact. Cicero’s $ensible Green program is a component of the company’s Renovationomix system of project planning and execution that help it complete hotel renovations on-time, on-budget and with minimal guest interruption. Using Renovationomix, Cicero’s began the Doubletree project in June 2014 and finished in an accelerated schedule of just 5 weeks with all areas back in service.
