Commercial real estate deals in upstate N.Y. climb in 2014

Despite the bitter winter, Erie County in New York saw some $120 million worth of commercial property sell in the first two months of 2014, setting a pace for more than $720 million this year. Retail trades included the $22.1 million sale of two retail shopping centers in Tonawanda and the $16.15 million purchase by CWCapital of Maple Crossings Plaza in Amherst.
