GLX Constructors, a consortium among Fluor Enterprises, Middlesex Corp. and other companies, likely will be the design-build contractor for the 4.7-mile Green Line extension in the Boston area, a decision that’s awaiting board approval from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
