Alberta Development Partners and Forum Real Estate Group have broken ground on the Denver-area Promenade at Castle Rock, a 1 million-square-foot, $177 million project set to open to retailers in 2015. It will consist of several design components, including a farmers market-style gateway, a trading post with pop-up cafes and retail amphitheater, a “grand plaza” and a dining row.
