Construction begins on S.C. mixed-use property with Hyatt hotel

Work has begun on a mixed-use project in Charleston, S.C., anchored on a dual-branded Hyatt hotel. The hotel will comprise a 191-room Hyatt Place hotel and a 113-room Hyatt House property.
