Construction starts at $800M Colo. resort

After several delays, construction has started at the $800 million Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Colorado, an event marked by its second groundbreaking ceremony. The first groundbreaking was last year, but the project was delayed until financing and subsidy packages were completed. The project could employ as many as 10,000 workers during the build-out.
