Corner Shopping Center in N. Dallas will get a makeover

Cypress Equities revealed its renovation plans for the Corner Shopping Center in North Dallas at the International Council of Shopping Centers conference in Dallas. The developer will rename the 236,050-square-foot property “The Hill Shopping Center” and add a more contemporary architectural style to the buildings.
