Developers eye $90M redevelopment of Raleigh, N.C., retail

Trademark Property Co. is negotiating a partnership with EYC Cos. to redevelop a retail site in Raleigh, N.C., called Crabtree North in what would be a $90 million endeavor. The project would be called Carolina Row at Crabtree and would include more than 125,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, as well as a hotel and apartment component.
