Developers show interest in $300M convention hotel project in Utah

Eight potential developers have expressed an interest in building a planned $300 million convention hotel in Salt Lake City. Proposals, which are expected to come in near the October 24 deadline, are required to have between 800 and 1,000 rooms and be close to the Salt Palace Convention Center.
