Fast-fashion retailers hit San Diego

Fast-fashion chains are opening fast at malls in San Diego and in other parts of the U.S., proving popular with budget-conscious style fans. Charlotte Russe, H&M and Forever 21 are expanding and have stores in several local malls, while stores such as  Foreign Exchange, rue21 and Cotton On are popping up in the area.
