A new AllianceTexas development in Fort Worth, Texas, could land a second hotel, part of plans that also include a corporate headquarters relocation. Marriott plans a 147-room hotel for the site, but Hillwood, which is launching the 18,000-acre AllianceTexas development, says a second hotel will be added.
