Garbanzo’s 1st franchise unit to open this week

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill will open its first franchisee-owned location this month in San Antonio. It is the 15th location overall for the Denver-based chain and the first outside the state of Colorado. The restaurant is operated by Texas-based Garbanzo franchisee Blue Jean Food Group (BJFG), which has the rights to develop up to 15 Garbanzo locations, according to FastCasual.com.
