A 90-key, four-story Holiday Inn Express by InterContinental Hotels Group hotel has opened in Midland, Texas. The 55,200 square foot select-service hotel was constructed by Lubbock-based Greenstreet Inc. The hotel is owned and managed by Insignia Hospitality Group, based in Midland, Texas. Mayse & Associates Inc., a full-service architectural design firm based in Dallas, Texas, was the architect.
