The Holiday Inn & Suites Rosemont in Chicago has been sold to Hospitality Properties Trust for an undisclosed amount. A recent filing shows that HPT had agreed to pay $35.5 million for the 300-room hotel. Intercontinental Hotels Group will assume management of the property.
