Tremont Capital Advisors is planning to build a 205-room Hyatt Place in Orlando, Fla., which is experiencing a boom in hotel construction. Among other projects, Alena Hospitality is converting a former Sheraton and Marriott hotel into the Renaissance Orlando. The $17 million project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2015.
