Hotel in Metairie, La., sold for $11.9M, becomes Wyndham Garden property

The hotel at Veterans Memorial Boulevard and Interstate 10 in Metairie now has new owners, on the heels of its conversion to a new flag. OM Capital NOLA LLC acquired the 220-room hotel last month for $11.9 million, according to public records. The sale was finalized shortly after the hotel switched from a Four Points Sheraton to a Wyndham Garden, and it’s unclear if the conversion occurred under the new ownership.
