The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival attracts more than 100,000 people to the two night, three-day music festival and has created a glut in housing options in the area. With the ridiculous new bans on short-term vacation rentals in nearby Palm Desert and surrounding areas it only makes sense that massive new resorts would pop up. The 250-room Hotel Indigo features 51 casitas, a 10,000-square-foot chilled saltwater pool and an 11-acre entertainment area to host events.
