Hotel redevelopment planned for San Francisco fast-food site

Stonebridge Corp. plans to build a 225-room hotel on the site of a fast-food outlet near San Francisco’s AT&T Park. The San Francisco market is experiencing a surge in hotel development after the recession as investors look to capitalize on historically high occupancy rates and the $500 million expansion of the Moscone Convention Center.
