Downtown Miami’s development will get a boost from a planned 27-acre project that combines a luxury hotel, residences and high-end retail. The CIM Group, Falcone Group and Centurion Partners plan next year to launch the project, which includes a Marriott Marquis hotel, in an area of downtown Miami plagued by blight.
