Hyatt Hotels plans rebranding for newly acquired Minneapolis hotel

Hyatt Hotels has purchased the 216-room Comfort Suites hotel in Minneapolis for an undisclosed sum. Hyatt says the property is set to undergo a $20 million renovation, after which it will be acquired by Summit Hotel Properties and rebranded as a Hyatt Place hotel.
