Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport to be sold for $44.5M

The Dauphin County General Authority has agreed to sell the Hyatt Regency Hotel at Pittsburgh International Airport to Magna Hospitality Group affiliate MHF Properties IV. Under the deal, the $44.5 million sale will help settle a debt owed by the authority to the hotel’s bondholders. Read the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette story here.
