Inland REIT acquires Memphis, Tenn.-area retail center for $33.9M

Inland Real Estate Income Trust has purchased a 159,258-square-foot retail center in Olive Branch, Miss., which is close to the Memphis, Tenn., market. The property, Wedgewood Commons Shopping Center, traded for $33.9 million. The fully leased center consists of four buildings, and an additional 10,838 square feet can be developed.
