The Hilton Orrington hotel in Evanston, Ill., has been sold to a joint venture formed by the Dow Hotel Co. and Carlyle Realty Partners VI for an undisclosed amount. Plans to renovate the 269-room property have been unveiled, which will include construction of a new food-and-beverage outlet. The hotel will be managed by the Dow Hotel Co. Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications. As a first step,
