JPMorgan Chase wants to build a 62-story tower and a 40-story tower at New York’s Hudson Yards, for a total of nearly 4 million square feet. The $6.5 billion project would be one of the largest real estate projects in the city’s history. The new headquarters would be larger than two Empire State buildings and would house 16,000 employees.
