Kimpton sells 2 San Francisco hotels to LaSalle Hotel Properties

LaSalle Hotel Properties announced its purchase of the Harbor Court Hotel and Hotel Triton in San Francisco from affiliates of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. The properties, comprising a total of 271 rooms, fetched a combined price of $47.8 million.
