Kushner Cos. plans redevelopment of Monmouth Mall in N.J.

Kushner Cos. plans to transform Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, N.J., into a mixed-use space. The company, which will release plans for the space at an upcoming council workshop meeting, promises that the renovations will take the retail center into the future. The company purchased the 1.5 million-square-foot property, with anchors JCPenney, Macy’s and Boscov’s, for $38 million last year in a partner buyout. Read the Asbury Park Press story here
