L.A. welcoming ASAP’s high-rise concept hotel

The Spring Street Hotel is under construction in downtown Los Angeles, and the project from Adam Sokol Architecture Practice will add 176 rooms to the city’s total occupancy. The design of the high-rise will involve the shape of natural landforms and lots of glass and wood, and there are plans to create the city’s highest public space in the form of a roof terrace bar.
