A $54.9 million mixed-used project called La Porte Town Center in Texas has received final approval from city council, so groundbreaking is the next step for the project, which includes a 50,000-square-foot entertainment complex, a 20,000-square-foot conference center, a museum and a theater, along with 50,000 square feet of retail space.
