Landmark building in Philadelphia to become AC Hotel by Marriott

Developer Baywood Hotels said the 12-story hotel it plans to build on top of the former Warner Bros. building in Philadelphia will be an AC Hotel by Marriott. Plans for the property include underground parking, a dining area and green amenities to help it achieve LEED Gold Certification. Read the Curbed/Philadelphia story here
