LaSalle Hotel Properties acquires San Francisco’s Hotel Vitale

The 200-room Hotel Vitale in San Francisco has been sold to LaSalle Hotel Properties for $130 million, according to Hotel Management online. At $650,000 per key, the sale’s per-room price eclipses that of The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, which was acquired by Thayer Lodging last year for $476,331 per room. Commune Hotels and Resorts was selected to manage the property.
