London’s Rhubarb to join restaurant lineup at Hudson Yards

London-based contract catering firm Rhubarb will open two restaurants and a top-floor event space in New York City’s Hudson Yards development. The massive mixed-use project will include 4,000 residences, and chef Thomas Keller is co-curating the mix of eateries, which will also include offerings from several other chefs.
